MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

To make an appointment, please fill out your information on the Contact page.  Once I receive your inquiry, I will contact you by phone or email to determine if I can help address your concerns.  We will then find a day or time that is convenient for you to meet.  

PAYMENT AND INSURANCE

My fee for a 53-55 minute session is $150.   I am able to take a limited number of sliding scale clients.  Clients are able to pay by cash, check or credit/debit card.  

I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Blue Choice.

If I am not in-network with your insurance provider, often out-of-network benefits are available to you and may cover most or all of the fees for psychotherapy.  I am always happy to check with your provider to help you understand your out of network benefits for psychotherapy.
